Jarosław Mikos graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. He started his professional activity in 1995 at Deloitte & Touche in the Economic Advisory Department. From 1996, he worked at Coopers & Lybrand as a senior consultant. From 1997 to 1999, he was a manager in PwC's London office and then deputy director in PwC's M&A and Privatisation Department. Since 2000, he has been involved with Energis Poland, first as a Member of the Management Board responsible for business development, then as CFO, and since 2002 as CEO of this company. In 2005, he led the merger of Energis Polska with GTS Polska, remaining Chairman of the Board. Between 2006 and 2010, he ran his own investment business. From 2011 to 2013 he was President of Magna Polonia, where he led the restructuring process of the fund, and from 2013 to 2017 he was associated with the Wirtualna Polska Group as Chairman of the Supervisory Board delegated to supervise the Company's Management Board. At the end of 2017, Jarosław Mikos became CEO of Polskie ePłatności S.A., one of the two largest payment terminal operators on the Polish market. From November 2021, as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and then President of the Management Board, he headed IAI S.A., a company specialising in the supply of software for, among other things, online shops. He has been involved with WeNet for the last 2 years, initially as a member of the Supervisory Board and since June 2023 as CEO. On 8 December 2024, he became a member of the Supervisory Board of Comarch S.A. On 6 February 2025, the Supervisory Board of Comarch SA appointed him President of the company's Management Board.

Marcin Kaleta is a graduate in computer science from the Cracow University of Technology. In 2010, he joined Comarch as a programmer in telecommunications projects. In 2015, he took on the role of Solution Manager, building BSS solutions for clients in Europe and North and Latin America. From 2016 to 2018, he was responsible for the DevOps and Managed Services aspects of corporate banking projects in the Finance, Banking and Insurance (FBU) sector.From 2018 to 2023, Marcin Kaleta was Director of Innovation of the Comarch Group and Director of the Central Competence Teams. In 2020, he took over the Egeria Business Unit in the APUS sector in parallel. From 2021, he chaired the Cyber Security Council at Comarch. In 2023, he became Director of the Telecommunications Sector.

Andrzej has an Engineering MBA and a Master’s Degree in IT, he has been working at Comarch since 1998 – starting as a programmer and system designer. In 2003, he moved to the US where he worked as a solution manager – building BSS/OSS solutions for customers in both North and Latin America. Armed with the market knowledge he gathered during that period, he returned to Poland to work as product manager in the Telecommunications sector in the areas of real-time service control systems, business process management and self-service solutions. In 2005, he became a manager of Comarch’s Strategic Research Center, where his main role was to create visions of new market areas and products, and coordinate Comarch’s participation in research projects. Since 2006, he has also held the position of Chief Technology Officer of Comarch SA At the end of 2007, he decided to move closer to the business side of IT and joined the Loyalty & Airlines Systems group in Comarch – taking the position of Application Consulting Director and transformed the organization to offer a wider range of products. Since 2015 Director of Financial Services Division and Management Board Member Comarch SA.

Amanda Cromhout is the CEO and Founder of Truth - a global consultancy based in Cape Town. She is the Academic Director of Customer Academy, Truth’s international loyalty training academy and is recognised as International Loyalty Personality of the Year – 2023 at The International Loyalty Awards and ‘Best Loyalty Professional in 2024 by Aspioneer. Amanda is the author of a compelling business-read called Blind Loyalty – 101 loyalty concepts radically simplified. She is a judge on The International Loyalty Awards and Founder / Judging Chair of The South African Loyalty Awards. Amanda Cromhout is the Founder of the Blind Loyalty Trust and co-Founder of The KIKA Trust.

Major General Dr. Roman Polko is a Polish officer and the commander of the special forces unit GROM. He previously served as the chief of the Bureau of National Security and holds a doctorate in military science. Throughout his military career, he has commanded subordinate units behind enemy lines in the former Yugoslavia, Kosovo, and Iraq. He is qualified as an Airborne, Ranger, and Pathfinder. After retirement, he joined as an adviser to the presidential group working on national security strategy. Currently, he is a member of the Security and Defence Council. He is an active sportsman, as well as a ski and parachute instructor. He runs marathons, competes in triathlons, and plays hockey.

Krzysztof Krawczyk is the head of the Warsaw office and a Partner at CVC Capital Partners, one of the world’s leading private equity and investment advisory firms. Krzysztof Krawczyk has over 26 years of experience in the private equity industry in the Central and Eastern European market. Before joining CVC Capital Partners, Krzysztof Krawczyk was a managing partner at Innova Capital, a private equity firm investing in mid-sized companies in Central Europe. Between 1996 and 1997, he worked as an analyst in the advisory division of the Japanese investment bank Daiwa, and from 1998 to 2000, he was a senior investment analyst at Pioneer Investment Poland. He has led investments in numerous companies across sectors such as telecommunications and media, manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare, including both private and publicly traded companies. He has served, or still serves, on the supervisory boards of several publicly traded companies, including Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. and STS Holding S.A. He is also a member of the Polish Business Roundtable, a board member of the TVN Foundation and the Polish Business Roundtable Foundation, as well as a council member of the venture philanthropy fund “Valores” Foundation. From 2015 to 2020, Krzysztof Krawczyk served as Vice President of the Board and Treasurer of the Polish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (PL: PSIK). Krzysztof Krawczyk is a graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, where he earned a degree (with distinction) in Finance and Banking. Additionally, he completed an executive program at Harvard Business School.

A pioneering force in AI research and academic innovation, she currently serves as the Vice-Rector for Innovation and AI at Kozminski University, where she also holds the position of Associate Professor with habilitation in management and organizational sciences. Her academic journey spans prestigious institutions, having earned her PhD in the philosophy of artificial intelligence from the University of Warsaw and graduated from The New School for Social Research in New York.Since 2016, she has been conducting groundbreaking research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston, while also serving as a Senior Research Associate at Harvard’s Center for Labor and Just Economy. As Scientific Advisor to Campus AI, she brings her extensive expertise to shape the future of artificial intelligence education and research.Her research interests encompass the broad spectrum of artificial intelligence, with particular focus on natural language processing, machine learning, social robots, and wearable technologies. This diverse expertise allows her to bridge the gap between theoretical foundations and practical applications in the rapidly evolving field of AI.

Piotr Kozlowski is an airline/travel loyalty and marketing specialist. He graduated from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow with a master’s degree in Business Management (major: tourism management). Furthermore, he completed an airline industry training at the International University of Applied Sciences Bad Honnef – Bonn. Moreover, he obtained a number of IATA professional certificates. He started his carrier in aviation in ground handling company at Krakow Airport. It has been followed by a number of assignments at Lufthansa Consulting GmbH in Cologne and Frankfurt/Main. Between 2009 and 2012 he has been working as an aviation development consultant for an airport start-up project in Poland and in April 2012 he became a Business Solution Manager at Comarch, where he was responsible for loyalty and CRM products for travel industry. Currently he is acting as Vice President of Consulting Division at Comarch – Services Sector, with the key focus on travel loyalty business. Additionally, he is an aviation management lecturer at the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszow, as well as the Jagiellonian University in Krakow.

Aleksandra is a Manufacturing and HiTech Delivery Portfolio Lead with 23 years of experience in the outsourcing business. Currently, she is responsible for overseeing the delivery of Finance & Accounting and Digital Procurement services for 14 multinational clients, managing a team of over 1,000 FTEs across 9 delivery centers. She has developed competitive digital solutions for clients and played a key role in sales support, contributing to due diligence, sales pursuits, and assignments across the US, India, China, Brazil, and Europe.

He began his career at Comarch in 2005, holding managerial positions in key areas of the ERP and Services sectors. In 2006, as a center director, he expanded Comarch's Business Intelligence department. Over the next 5 years, as the director of the ERP subsector, he managed ERP production and oversaw the development of international operations in countries such as France, Ukraine, the USA, and others. In 2010, he transitioned to the Services sector, assuming the position of head of the Business Unit. Since 2017, he has led Comarch's E-Invoicing/EDI Business Unit, where he is responsible for the product development strategy, the cloud-based B2B platform for document management and business process digitization, and the international business development of this solution. In 2024, alongside with his team, he was promoted to Head of the E-Invoicing Subsector. He holds a degree in Computer Science from the Silesian University of Technology.

Product Manager of Comarch Digital Insurance for 7 years, focused on expanding the insurance front-office solution with great user experience and omnichannel customer journey build in. On a daily basis she cooperates with the R&D team, UX specialists, implementation, consultants, account managers, marketing and analytics companies, which allows her to gain requirements and experiences from many different areas and business perspectives. Małgorzata has a Master's degree in Economics and Management. She completed Business Analyst postgraduate studies.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Marcin is passionate about endurance sports and martial arts—he is an ultramarathon trail runner, a Sambo practitioner. Plays cello. He is also a proud father of two.
