  Steven De Haes Dean and Professor at the University of Antwerp Management School

  Steven De Haes (PhD) is a professor of Information Systems Management at the University of Antwerp Management School (UAMS) and the Economics and Management Faculty of the University of Antwerp (UA). He has teaching assignments in many executive and master programs in the domain of IT, strategic alignment, and value creation. He also has several publications in leading academic and professional journals and has presented research results at many international conferences.

  Wojciech Pawluś Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing at Comarch

  Wojciech Pawluś holds a Master’s degree in International Trade from the Cracow University of Economics. He also pursued studies at Wirtschaftsuniversität in Vienna and Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), where he was actively involved in the international student organization AIESEC. He joined the Comarch Group in 2010, following valuable international experience gained at global companies in Germany, India, and Thailand. He began his career at Comarch as a Business Development Manager for the Benelux market and was promoted to Sales Director in 2012. In 2014, he was appointed General Manager for the Benelux region (GBC Benelux). Under his leadership, the region became Comarch’s second-largest foreign market in terms of revenue. For his achievements, he was named “Pole of the Year” in Belgium in 2015. Since 2019, he has also served on the board of the Polish-Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce (BEPOLUX). In 2023, he was appointed to the Management Board of the Comarch Group as its youngest member, taking charge of the company’s international business development. In 2025, he assumed the new role of Vice President for Global Sales and Marketing, overseeing end-to-end sales and marketing for the Comarch Group, which recently joined the portfolio of CVC companies.

  Andrzej Przewięźlikowski Vice President, Director of Financial Services Division at Comarch

  Andrzej Przewięźlikowski graduated from the AGH University of Science and Technology in the field of IT the Polish Open University, where he obtained the MBA title. He has been working at Comarch since 1998, among others as a programmer, Solution Manager and Product Manager in the telecommunications sector. In 2005-2006 he was the director of the research and development center and CTO. In 2007, he took the position of Consulting Director in the Loyalty & Airlines team in the service sector, where he managed an international group of consultants in Central Europe, DACH and the USA. In 2009, he became the director of the Loyalty & Marketing Solutions business unit, where he was responsible for the overall business in this area. On 24th of June, 2015, he was appointed by the General Shareholders’ Meeting of Comarch S.A. for the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board of Comarch S.A. Andrzej Przewięźlikowski is also a member of the management boards and supervisory boards of companies from the Comarch Group.
