Anna Pruska, PhD CEO of Comarch S.A.

Dr Anna Pruska – holds a PhD in International Relations from the Jagiellonian University, Kraków. Anna Pruska completed her Master's studies in Finance and Banking at the Warsaw School of Economics, She pursued her graduate studies in Macroeconomics at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz and obtained a diploma in Economics from the Graduate Institute of International Studies (IUHEI) in Geneva, Switzerland. In 2004, she started working for Comarch. She was responsible for the development of Comarch business and the creation and management of corporate structures in Western Europe (creating Comach subsidiaries in Germany, France, and Belgium). She was actively responsible for acquiring new clients in the Telecommunications, ERP, Services, as well as Finance and Insurance sectors. From 2013, she has served as the CEO of Comarch Swiss AG and was responsible for the Swiss market. Since 2013, Anna Pruska has been a member of the supervisory board of Comarch SA.On October 2, 2023 she was temporarily delegated by the Supervisory Board to act as President of the Management Board of Comarch SA. On 3 January 2024, she was elected President of the Management Board of Comarch S.A.

Andrzej Przewięźlikowski Vice President, Director of Financial Services Division at Comarch

Andrzej Przewięźlikowski graduated from the AGH University of Science and Technology in the field of IT the Polish Open University, where he obtained the MBA title. He has been working at Comarch since 1998, among others as a programmer, Solution Manager and Product Manager in the telecommunications sector. In 2005-2006 he was the director of the research and development center and CTO. In 2007, he took the position of Consulting Director in the Loyalty & Airlines team in the service sector, where he managed an international group of consultants in Central Europe, DACH and the USA. In 2009, he became the director of the Loyalty & Marketing Solutions business unit, where he was responsible for the overall business in this area. On 24th of June, 2015, he was appointed by the General Shareholders’ Meeting of Comarch S.A. for the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board of Comarch S.A. Andrzej Przewięźlikowski is also a member of the management boards and supervisory boards of companies from the Comarch Group.

Marcin Kaleta Vice President, Director of the Telecommunications Division at Comarch

Marcin Kaleta is a graduate in computer science from the Cracow University of Technology. In 2010, he joined Comarch as a programmer in telecommunications projects. In 2015, he took on the role of Solution Manager, building BSS solutions for clients in Europe and North and Latin America. From 2016 to 2018, he was responsible for the DevOps and Managed Services aspects of corporate banking projects in the Finance, Banking and Insurance (FBU) sector.From 2018 to 2023, Marcin Kaleta was Director of Innovation of the Comarch Group and Director of the Central Competence Teams. In 2020, he took over the Egeria Business Unit in the APUS sector in parallel. From 2021, he chaired the Cyber Security Council at Comarch. In 2023, he became Director of the Telecommunications Sector.

Adrian Korczyński Chief Information Security Officer at Comarch

Adrian Korczyński is a Cyber-Security Professional with 17 years of experience. Started as a developer, he designed and developed systems for encryption, identity management, authentication, privileged access management & monitoring. Throughout the years he successfully delivered solutions for banking, telecommunications, public and healthcare sectors. His fields of expertise cover software, hardware, IT-architecture, networking and management. He has been promoted numerous times for various technical & business roles. Today he holds a role of Chief Information Security Officer, dedicated to manage the level of resilience to cyber threats, as well as protection of company’s information, hosted services and secure development of Comarch’s products.

He graduated from the Kraków AGH University of Science and Technology before he began work with Comarch, where he has played an integral role in production, product management, implementation, and presales of Comarch’s BSS solutions. In 2012, Tymoteusz continued to climb the ranks within Comarch and was eventually selected to manage the entire BSS and IoT Consulting Units. Joanna Slowinska GBC International Administration Coordinator at Comarch

Joanna Slowinska studied at the University of Warsaw and Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, obtaining a double Master of Arts degree from the former. Subsequently, she gained expertise in the fields of company management and OSHA. She has been working at Comarch since 2005 in various roles, such as Sales Director or Head of Administration. Her achievements include acquiring Comarch’s first clients on the Dutch market. She has been the Key Account Manager for KPN since the beginning of the cooperation and continues to successfully develop this partnership to this day. Joanna is also responsible for the operations of Comarch offices in Benelux. Thanks to her extensive experience working in an international environment, she was appointed as GBC International Administration Coordinator in 2024.

Peter Gustavsson is the head of Loyalty Solutions team within Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) Digital & IT. Prior to being head of the department he was the Tech lead in the Customer Engagement team at SAS, where he innovated and pioneerd using machine learning, RPA, MFA to combat loyalty fraud. An innovation that led him to be invited by Microsoft to be a keynote speaker at the 2020 Microsoft Build Conference. Part of Peters previous role and current role has been to implement and drive the development agenda for using Comarch CLM as a key platform for the SAS EuroBonus loyalty program. Prior joining SAS in 2015 he has worked for Coca Cola Enterprises, Apple Inc among others. Always with a customer focused approach and how technology can add true business value and customer engagement. With over 20 years technical experience in the travel domain and over 15 years experience of loyalty programs from both a business and technical perspective,combined with extensive cybercrime/fraud-prevention work, he has become a recurring expert in Star Alliance tech meetings on loyalty security, fraud prevention, API protection among other topics. He was recently invited to Europol to be a keynote speaker around Account Takeovers in loyalty programs, and how to combat this while balancing the customer experience.

Sid Krishna Vice President of Loyalty at Carnival Cruise Line

Sid comes from a background of working on launching and growing loyalty programs and co-brand in the airline industry in various roles. He started as an IT consultant after his engineering in India and transitioned to marketing with his MBA from Minnesota. He started his loyalty experience working at one of the largest co-brands in the world at American Airlines during their merger with US Airways, working on leading acquisitions for the portfolio with Citibank and Mastercard. After success in the co-brand industry with American, he took over and created the department of loyalty programs, subscription programs and co-brand partnerships at Spirit Airlines. There, he led the complete revamp of their programs and launched the first spend-based program for a low-cost carrier and the first secondary lending credit card for airlines, while helping raise funds during the pandemic. At Carnival Cruise Line, he is tasked with building a loyalty department that is focused on growing and improving the current program in place and co-brand relationship with Barclays and Mastercard.
