Based in Dubai, she works at Comarch, helping clients design and grow successful loyalty programs. She previously held senior positions at Chalhoub Group and Alshaya, bringing deep regional expertise in customer engagement and program operations.

A strategic professional with over 7 years of experience in market intelligence, customer experience, and consumer behavior analysis across the automotive, payments, and retail sectors. He holds an Executive Master’s in Public Administration, combining analytical depth with a customer-first mindset to support loyalty-building and strengthen brand engagement.

Emma was born and educated in the UK from Swindon College and Southampton Institute with over 20 years’ experience working in the UK, Europe, Americas and the Middle East. Since 2008, Emma has led various teams Globally at Flextronics, SAP, SAS and now currently Loylogic.

Owner and Executive of Bright Insights, a boutique consultancy specialising in helping companies optimise revenue.
