During the second day of the conference, you will have the opportunity to visit multi-sector Comarch Innovation Space, under which a new 5G network laboratory is added.

Jacek Lonc
VP, Head of Telco Sales & Business Strategy Division at Comarch
Jacek started working at Comarch in 1996. Within 10 years, he had become a Sales Director in the Telecommunications Sector with responsibility for managing global accounts. At the end of the 90s, he initiated cooperation with TM Forum - a global Telco industry association providing practical tools that support telecoms in the digital transformation. Now, he manages a team and shares his experience as Head of Telco Sales and the Business Strategy Division. His strong professional skills in OSS/BB and go-to market strategy enable him to win major tier1 clients and the biggest contracts with revenues up to EUR 50M. Comarch partners and customers appreciate cooperation with Jacek mainly due to his individual approach, comprehensive support and trustworthiness. He can communicate in four languages, which allows him to cooperate with clients on various international markets.
Andrzej Zasadziński
VP, Head of Telco BSS Division at Comarch
Andrzej started working at Comarch in 1998 as a programmer in the area of Comarch billing software. He continued his professional career in Comarch as product manager, pre-sales consultant (including working for Comarch Global Inc. in the United States), project manager and profit and loss center manager. In 2010, he took the position of Telco BSS Director responsible for Comarch BSS products – processes of R&D, delivery, implementations and support/managed services for Comarch Telco customers on the domestic and foreign markets.
Paweł Workiewicz
Chief Commercial Officer at Comarch Communications
Paweł is a highly dedicated business and technical leader with 20 years of experience in the IT and Telco domain. He currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Comarch Communications, where he is responsible for the entire commercial organization.Since 2020, he has held executive management roles with strategic and operational accountability across the telecommunication division. He has played a key role in shaping long-term strategy within the OSS domain, overseeing end-to-end processes spanning products, R&D, delivery, and HR—supporting the company’s mission to simplify management of future networks.Earlier in his career, Paweł built extensive experience in the OSS/BSS domain. As Business Unit Director, he was responsible for the assurance domain, and prior to that, led business development initiatives in CIS countries. He also successfully managed large-scale transformation projects for Tier 1 operators as a Project Manager.
Jinsoo Jang
Team Leader, NW Big Data Engineering Team at LG U+
Jinsoo started working at LG Uplus in 2002. She has accumulated knowledge and expertise in the field of network management system and combined it with her passion about Big data. She has contributed to LG Uplus NMS 3.0 Project especially by establishing Network Real Time Analytic Platform(NRAP) upon commercial 5G service launch. The project was nominated as Catalyst Award Winner in TM Forum 2020 and awarded her as the first Korean to be Data Leader of the Year in Women in IT Awards Asia 2022.
Tymoteusz Wrona
Chief Strategy & Operations Officer at Comarch Communications
Tymoteusz is currently operating as the Chief Strategy & Operations Officer at Comarch Communications. He graduated from the Kraków AGH University of Science and Technology before he began work with Comarch, where he has played an integral role in production, product management, implementation, and presales of Comarch’s BSS solutions. In 2012, Tymoteusz continued to climb the ranks within Comarch and was eventually selected to manage the entire BSS and IoT Consulting Units. Since September 2019, he has been leading Telco Presales Management for all Comarch telecommunication products, overseeing the entire team of specialists worldwide.
Marcin Nowak
Senior Solution Manager OSS at Comarch
Marcin is a Senior Solutions Manager at Comarch Telecommunications. He's responsible for shaping the direction of Comarch OSS Suite evolution and tailoring products to the needs of the customers.
He joined Comarch in 2006. Since then he has held multiple positions, including developer, product owner and solution manager, and has cooperated on a global level with a number of T1 telecom operators in complex system reinventions and expansions.

Mateusz Cieślak

Mateusz combines extensive leadership and a technological background. With 17 years of experience in the telecommunication industry, he has driven big innovative projects for European operators such as T-Mobile and Orange. Since early on at Comarch, he has been involved in various projects supporting IT transformations for global organizations.
Edwin Beverdam

Edwin combines business knowledge and IT for getting as much as possible out of the used systems. With over 20 years of experience in IT, Telecom Industry and Billing processes, he has driven several change programs within KPN. His strengths: are analyzing (financial) business processes and after that redesign and improve for the future. As a successful manager, I believe in four key words: people, honesty, respect and enthusiasm.
Tomasz Staszek
Head of BSS Consulting at Comarch
Tomasz achieved a Master’s degree in Engineering and Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications at AGH University of Science and Technology based in Kraków, Poland. He started working at Comarch in 2011 as a Deployment Consultant, and was responsible for collecting and implementing customer requirements. After analysis, he was creating systems (such as CRM). He then worked for four years with the title Solution Architect Technical Presales. In 2020, Tomasz got promoted to the role of Head of BSS Consulting, where he shares his knowledge and continues to develop his own skills.

Wojciech Martyniak

M2M/IoT Product Manager working last 16 years in Comarch, working before also as Senior Solution Manager for the whole IoT area, was a leading architect for Comarch M2M projects in Europe and Middle East, focused on new technologies, new services in the IoT world, connected world and also a convergent approach to m2m services which are composed not only of connectivity but also from devices and applications. Responsible also for partnerships in the IoT sector.

Łukasz Mendyk
OSS Product Manager at Comarch
Łukasz specializes in solutions based on the concept of intent-driven fulfillment and orchestration, as well as on innovative concepts such as software-defined networking (SDN), network function virtualization (NFV) and end-to-end orchestrion of 5G networks with O-RAN and based on distributed cloud. He believes that Telco has potential and the capability to digitize the economy. One of the important aspect is to demonstrate how various technologies (5G, Open RAN, MEC and AI/ML) can translate into benefits for Industry 4.0.

As Head of OSS Consulting, Michał is responsible for the promotion and sales of Comarch OSS products. He majored in Telecommunication Networks and Services at the Technical University in Kraków. His previous roles have included that of Network Optimization Specialist at T-Mobile, as well as Analyst and Head of OSS Product Management at Comarch.
Karolina Malczyk

Karolina is a Project Manager. She started working in Comarch Telco BSS in 2017. Currently, her main responsibility is to lead major transformation delivery projects for telecom operators from Europe and Africa. Karolina has also gained experience as a leader in the area of internal projects in DevOps and CICD. She is an expert in optimization of software development processes in R&D.
Karol Kuźniarowski
Business Unit Director at Comarch Healthcare
Karol is a constructor and designer by education. For six years, he has been involved in the design, development and maintenance of medical devices and IoT at Comarch. Karol started working at Comarch in 2016 as a Product Designer, when his main focus was to design telemedicine devices. Now he works as a Business Unit Director and is responsible for IoT Plant and the production of Comarch and external solutions.
Mateusz Góra

Mateusz started working at Comarch in 2010. Since that time, he has climbed the career ladder, starting as a BSS Consultant. Thanks to his knowledge and experience, he now manages a business unit which provides various services for over 20 customers located in Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America. He is the leader of a team responsible for maintaining and increasing relations with customers, accountability for long term contracts with more than 20 telco operators, financial management, and different HR activities. Mateusz is an ITIL® Expert in IT Service Management.
Paweł Świerszcz

Paweł is a visionary with over 20 years of professional IT experience, responsible for network slicing, virtualization and orchestration in OSS. His dedication and reliability were already appreciated when he was developing skills as Developer or Product Owner. Currently, Paweł works as Business Architect and Product Manager and manages NFV, resource orchestration and network slicing for 5G areas.
Tomasz Faltyński
Product Manager at Comarch
Tomek has been at Comarch since 2017 in the position of Product Manager. He is mainly responsible for OSS/BSS data analytics products, focused on the assurance domain, supported by machine learning.
Tomek was previously connected with T-Mobile Poland for almost 10 years, working in different positions, from service maintenance to service management, performance management and the OSS team responsible for maintenance and development of a monitoring toolset.
Highly experienced in designing and implementation of key performance indicators and operational processes, he combines practical knowledge about monitoring solutions with reporting aspects.
Grzegorz Kubiczek

Grzegorz started working at Comarch in 2010 as BSS Solution Manager. In this position, he was responsible for BSS technical sales, presales consulting, customer requirements business analysis, as well as solution and IT architecture designing.
